SETUP YOUR BUSINESS ON QUICKBOOKS
C can assist in setting up your business on quickbooks, and can work closely with your accountants so that the books are reflected accurately.
RECEIPTS & EXPENSE REIMBURSABLES
C can collect and organize all of your receipts. In addition, C can submit expense reimbursable on your behalf.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
C can organize and support the Construction Manager or Project Manager, letters and documents preparation, contracts signatures, invoicing, and collecting paperwork from sub contractors.
C can in addition prepare various construction documents, sending general communication to clients & vendors.
C can prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner along with managing deadlines
MONTHLY REPORTS
C can provide an end of month summary. This includes a Profit and Loss statement, a Company Snapshot, an Expenses by Vendor Summary, and a Balance Sheet.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
OFFICE MANAGEMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE SETUP
C can provide guidance and support to office infrastructure physically and digitally to ensure standard methods of operations are in place.
